Refund Policy

Ascending Equity is committed to providing the highest quality Software License As A Subscription (SLAAS) products to our valued customers. 

 

All SLAAS product sales are final, and Ascending Equity does not offer refunds once a customer has subscribed. This policy is in place to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality SLAAS products.

 

You will receive access to the SLAAS product you purchased. If you have any problems accessing the SLAAS you have purchased, please contact our Customer Support Department immediately at info@ascendingequity.com. Purchase of any Ascending Equity SLAAS product does not grant rights to the licensee to share, reproduce, or resell the product in any way. SLAAS access is deemed fully delivered upon acceptance of all Terms and Conditions and subscription to the SLAAS product through the broker's Trader’s Room portal.

 

The Ascending Equity SLAAS is built around a strategy that is both fully back-tested for 7+ years and forward tested and verified in real time trading for 5+ years, including proving itself on full automation from July 2022.  Once a client pays the small one-time activation fee they gain lifetime access to the SLAAS and incur no further out-of-pocket charges.  Going forward a reasonable performance fee is deducted by the broker ONLY when the SLAAS generates new profits in subscribers accounts.  

 

Ascending Equity provides 100% transparency and prospective subscribers can observe live trading results in real time on our results page and subscribe when they are comfortable.  For this reason, Ascending Equity does not provide any money back guarantees or refunds.
